From a family business in Satakunta to a trusted partner for industry. Our company, founded in 2006, has grown into a trusted partner for Finland's largest industrial projects. Despite rapid growth and large capacities, the heart of a family business, honesty and a genuine desire to help have remained firmly at the core of what we do.

Insight on the ground: An employee needs more than just a bed. Over the years, we have seen how the dispersion of a large number of employees around the city burdens companies' logistics and drains the local housing market. Above all, we understood people's needs: hard-working professionals need real peace and a place to recover instead of traditional, cramped barracks.

The birth and present day of RSF Village. Based on this insight, we developed the centralized RSF Village concept: we bring a scalable housing ecosystem to exactly where the workforce is needed most. Today, we operate the accommodation business in a comprehensive and agile way. We take the burden off your shoulders and offer residents a real home away from home.
